I don't know if anyone posted this on my behalf in an earlier bread, so here goes.

I think I've just joined some dots. Remember the SEA_TO_SHINING_SEA comment that Q made that he was getting frustrated about as we hadn't figured it out?

My brain runs 'subroutines' when I can't work things out and it's probably autistic tendencies on my part, but it gave me this answer this morning and it's epic.

Well, think about Zuma. What is it? Well, it could be a reference to Montezuma and why is that relevant?

"From the Halls of Montezuma" is the US Marines hymn. Given that Admiral Rogers is at the top of the cyber wing, wouldn't he use a Navy reference when he could?

"From the Halls of Montezuma To the shores of Tripoli; We fight our country's battles In the air, on land, and sea;

First to fight for right and freedom And to keep our honor clean; We are proud to claim the title Of United States Marine.

Sea to shining sea. Solved. Zuma and Sky Fortress is a network of satellites operated by the US Marines that can see everywhere.

Zuma could equally mean 'Zoomer', i.e really high-res satellites.

For me , this encapsulates what us, The Watchmen, are all about. There has never been a battle of this importance or size since the D-Day landings in WW2.

We all have a part to play and each must play their part according to the best of their abilities. Whatever skills you have must be devoted to this, as the future of humanity is at stake.

It is down to us few, this happy few, this band of brothers to stand guard and help wherever we can, we must be strong, the price of peace is eternal vigilance and we are those that stand on watch.

We seek no glory, we are anonymous, we are legion, we do not forget, we do not forgive. We are the largest army that the World will never know. We shall prevail, the powers of darkness shall not conquer us, the time of victory is upon us. Do not let the darkness conquer over what we are achieving.

I am proud to be a Brit planefag and will do my best to help the God Emperor conquer in this battle, as I know this affects everyone across the World.

Your duties await you and do not desert your post. Be strong and we shall tell stories about this time for generations to come.

Well, that answers part of it. One of our favourite Gitmo airlines headed to Toronto.

Hmm, a Fat Albert headed possibly to Gitmo, with a Sentry and accompanying tanker. Someone's expecting extended ops… Fat Albert is the nickname the Brits gave to the C-130, BTW

Sea to shining sea relates to the places described in the USMC hymn. They've been there, done that pretty much everywhere, so where are the bad guys going to hide?

Zuma = Zoomer - could be ultra-high res satellites, could be hypersonic stuff. i.e. missiles or planes (think TR3-B). Don't forget the Skunk Works in all of this, we don't know what toys they have.
