Someone hypothesized it was due to the FusionGPS case…they filed a motion today to force the recusal of the Judge. So if FusionGPS is tied into this as proof of the collusion between them and the major media outlets, it won't be able to come out publicly just yet…so the stall tactic from the Fusion attorneys is one possible explanation…
