So here's a problem / opportunity. How do we do a diff on the actual published version and the PDF released by WikiLeaks?
How do we determine if they're from the same Q (source), if you'll pardon the pun?
A good start would be comparing TOC and page count………..
Also, it was posted on Drive, and now has been removed. Did anyone archive a copy on another platform?
