Towards the end of the speech, he spoke about the battle of New Orleans and Andrew Jackson.
He speaks about stopping the British govt against all odds. He says what is happening now is equivilant.
He speaks quite a few minutes about the battle, it is not fast.

Says Great General, great president… defends port against British in New Orleans, fought to hold back a British force twice as large.
203 years ago today a brutal battle began by British.
British under estimated the American spirit. Jackson proved them wrong within 1/2 hour the Americans force won against one of the biggest forces.
Says today the battle lives on in country.
