We already know global warming does this. Our tax dollars are sent to China to for global warming prevention, and China gives money to the Clinton Foundation. So basically, Hillary put our tax dollars in her wallet.
Our tax dollars go to planned parenthood, USAID, CIA, NFL stadiums, etc. etc. etc.
