There are satellite fags out there in the amateur astronomy community that track and even photograph satellites and I'm sure some of them know where ZUMA is at. Given it was on a northeasterly launch trajectory angled about 50 degrees relative to the equator I'd say they were going for a polar orbit. This is common for military/spy satellites. Apparently they lauched another one last may on a very similar orbit.
