I'm gonna disagree with this compressor being used in airplanes. Airplane Pressurization is done directly by air compressed by the Turbine Jet Engine. Even the oxygen masks that fall when the cabin pressure drops are either fed by compressed oxygen cylinders or a oxygen producing chemical reaction process.
Yeah, it's the same outside air that the engine sucks in. the compressor in the photo is more of a industrial thing.
the influenza thing is pretty plausible, but the zba part seems misdirected. an aerosol can would do just as well at introducing things to the breathable atmosphere.
