Developers are deeply trained to be lazy and uncreative. "Don't reinvent the wheel!" The concept of work is pure evil and is framed the same way "conspiracy theorists" are in the general public. So everything to do with security was some recycled shit library that somebody else wrote, which somebody before them wrote, etc. All plugged in because it could be plugged in ready to go. Didn't involve [GASP] work.
Or the bakers got sick of the abuse that was a response to all the work they were putting in for free.

If those devs had any clue what they were doing, that million lines of code would be whittled down to 1000 or so that actually did intelligent work.
Think about this. Everything posted remains for unrestricted public viewing until somebody deletes it. What impact could "being monitored" possibly have compared to that? Most people who end up here are here for Q. No other reason. Monitor away. It's all zero sum.
I think by now, anybody monitoring would have figured out that anything Q posts is archived six thousand times with screenshots and copy/paste; there is little hope of ever taking it out of circulation.
I do find it hilarious that CBTS was effectively dissolved in the space of an hour. That place was just pure DARKNESS, more rage, anger, and abuse than I've ever seen in one place. Its time was over; it had no further purpose.
The biggest threat; the most "present" danger becomes the primary target. What constitutes a threat in an environment like this?
The time is stored on the server and it is what it is; how could it vary depending on who's reading it? It's just data, stored with the post, and it should be the same for every viewer.
I just sorted all messages by hour, then by minute, then by second. Distribution seems to be close enough to even not to raise any kind of flags.
This is the BIG problem with archiving these things: road hypnosis is going to kick in, being that the human brain is what it is. Through the entire verification process, I ONLY use the original posting. That's what takes up so much time! I have to actually go to the link and copy/paste/verify off the original posting. That way errors don't propagate.
This is just wild speculation, but there really seems to be a surge in this kind of thing … I wonder if this isn't symptomatic of what happens when there's long term adrenochrome use that's suddenly cut off? People literally go berserk?
I've been discussing this at length over the past few days. We have a shelf life; at some point we have to see some evidence that we're actually DOING something that matters. Cheerleading is great but it can only go so far.
