Chicago is ground zero for corruption. Not even surprised to find this among all the dirt on Obama really. The massive murder rate pretty much gives it away and the strain that city is on the rest of the state itself.

They got a mosque and the IRS right down the street, I can't think of anything more horrifying having those 2 buildings so close together.
