Welcome back, Q. It is good that it was anticipated and predicted, such a shame there was such a big shitstorm about it and I feel extra shame to have been a part of it after you awakening me and bringing me out of the blackpill.

As for creating a board, you would probably have to create it yourself and either switch it to read-only mode (I'm pretty sure that was a feature here, CM confirm?), or create a singular, locked thread where only a BO - one of you - could post, which would remove any and all confusion. The latter is a suboptimal, but workable solution.
