the strategy as I see it is this:
-sessions signals throwback
-radio silence thereafter
-next AG will be neutral/positive and the flood barriers open with predictability
-no early money greases anyone, no specific interest groups (norml) represented in legislation
-state health/pharma/fda branches open new offices and recruit from lab-tier private sector to establish local quality control/financial strings
-legalization is murky and wild-west-tier until larger startups assert themselves
-after stabilization, multinats allowed in
-real money is in centralization of weed resources such as financial packages/gear/distribution
I'm already in this boat, waiting for the shoe to drop, someone is carefully harnessing this wave. US will become the global superpower in weed within the next decade.
