The Dems control the narrative of "owning the black vote" so that they can conceal the fact that they use the black population not only for votes, but also for rigging.

They can run up the black vote in any area, as needed, and no one will question if 90% of blacks voted for the Dem.

Anyone white person who questions will be called racist. Any black person will be called uncle tom.
