Oh and I do believe the backlog of memes is paramount so when happenings land we have our arsenal. Impact now without contract is ljmited.

Should we have a meme triage area to normify? 

Many memes are for 8ch amusement only. 

I am so grateful to Q et al. I am From TV land and tried v hard to get a doco up in the UK years ago about how the Bank of England/Roths funded Reichsbank w short term credits (Govenor Norman was fucking Hitler's minister for the economy would you believe) for the rearmament of Germany. Did months in BoE archives. And yes BIS major player. Network comm editors  didn't want to touch that story that the UK rearmed the enemy.
