13 and 17 years is the incubation period of the Cicada (apparently not apart of the locust family). Something that has been 17 years in the making for its final reveal on 9/11?
Can anyone draw a connection to the Cicada? My connection to a Cicada is, long story short, related to an evil female I dated 2 years ago that ripped me to shreds. It was also a time of rebirth for me. Who knows.
Can anyone else dig more into it?
