I agree that the BO/BV's have lost trust. I do not know if it is infiltration or their egos getting the best of them. Those with perceived 'power' can easily be swayed and believe they are above another.
BO/BV should be viewed as a service not a title and it is sad to see it go where it has.
There something very odd and corrosive in their ranks, but I do not know if Q & Team is involved/complacent.
Q has stopped posting there, I view that as a potential positive indication. Posting while the issues continue without clear intervention would signal an 'approval' of the board management in my view.
Absence of posting to me signals a nod to disapproval.
That said, I wish more was done to correct. It seems odd that either some messaging has not come, or that they have moved elsewhere.
Maybe it is behind the scenes at this Time.

If the whole thing is comp'd. I swing back to something you have said in the past. Many Eye's are on this board and the QR board. 1's and 0's watch. I still trust in the plan, no matter how messy. I see a reason, but the path is unclear. Lessons will be learned and unexpected patterns will arise.

Trust in people often ebbs and flows. Can 1 fall back to Trust at a bigger perspective to not have it falter in a few individuals or groups?
Patience at times is a superpower… and at times is its less fun 'procrastination' double.
