Who they are serving, is a sect called Chabad. That's who Jared is taking orders from. It's all very sneaky and seems to involve black magic/witchcraft.

Personally I think that Trump is now aware of the witchcraft that was wrought and has taken measures, but that's just my musing - I have no sauce proving one way or the other.
