I wished to share this with you all:
Dr. Strange's contact protocols have been on my mind for a while. I'm not in the greatest area for this, so he is absolutely correct when he states belief will get you farther than equipment.
I chose judgment and prayed for a sign. It was a clear morning with Venus very visible near the horizon. I waited until I was as sure as I could be that there was no air traffic around (To any watching, I really did. I hope everything was okay. No harm intended)
Using nothing more than a handheld 5mW violet laser and hope/prayer I witnessed something. Aimed in the middle of a diamond shape of 4 stars I don't recall seeing before and did three "pulses" of 7 seconds or so each.
