this is the kind of thing that makes my head spin, cuz truthfully I would dump a bucket of ice water on my head, i think that kind of thing is fun and "wakes me up!"

actually my friends and I do a fun and stupid thing called "dunk a roos" where we dip our head in a cooler full of ice water for ten seconds, get spanked by another friend during and once you come up ya take a shot (of whisky for the hard core, beetjuice for the hippies) and then get slapped across the face by another friend…
to me its all in good fun and aint got nothing todo with satan…my friends the same… they think of it as a good hangover cure… and gets everybody laughing…its also fun "warrior" training the way I think about it…. realizing that your tuff enough to take a slap and the cold water….
