I want to share more of my knowledge with you.

What if I told you that subconscious controls our thoughts and actions through our body?

Perceive the importance of it.

This is why meditation is so important.

It can be very subtle stress in your muscles that guides your thoughts.

What you don't notice controls you.

When you become the master of your body you become the master of your life.

 

There are three important parts of body.

The right part is connected to imagination of real life interactions.

The left part is connected to abstract understanding of the situation (your role; artistic aspect, genre, rhythm of the situation; scenario)

The back part is very important, but it's hard to describe it right now.

 

Let me call Right and Left part of body = Mind

Let me call the rest = Soul

 

Meditation is important. It is also important to understand that there are certain rules for each part of you body/mind.

To resolve stress in the Left and Right parts of you body you need to clear your Mind.

 

Appropriate rules for you Mind are the following.

  • Accept that I am strong and weak, masculine and feminine, smart and stupid, calm and emotional, talkative and quiet, funny and serious, good and bad, beautiful and ugly, adult-like and child-like, thoughtful and thoughtless, happy and sad, impressive and pathetic. Every human quality is found in me. Don't be ashamed of them, accept every one of them. Don't have bias or preference towards one or another. I reject words like "don't be weak", "don't be like a girl". (L)

  • In your imagination don't try to control what other people are doing, thinking, their opinions; what other people might think about you; where the situation is going, results of your interactions; whether you win or lose; the effects of your words and actions; the seeming scenario of conversation; what happens, events that are occurring. Anything can happen, don't have bias towards one thing or another, don't resist anything. The most important battle is inside in your Soul. If you are the master of you body/Mind/Soul you will prevail. (R)

 

Necessary advise: do it in your imagination, in imaginary situations; you probably won't have time for it in real life situations.

 

If you do it you will suffer and that's important. Feel the suffering in your Soul, observe the stress in your body, your muscles shouldn't be fixated.

Do you sigh?

Do you yawn?

Do you cry?

It's OK.

That's how pain, ego and distortions leave the body.

I now realize how complicated it is, how hard it is for me to explain and for you to understand.

 

What I wrote is my understanding based on many years of my experience and self reflection.

I used to be very depressed and at some point it was so unbearable that I asked reliable people to take care of me because I was thinking about killing myself. It was a pretty long journey from that point to where I am now.

I used to have a huge burden of pain in my soul. It made my butt stressed so hard that I had hemorrhoids, it made my skull so stressed that it hurt, I wanted to cry but couldn't cry enough.

 

I had many fights in my mind/imagination.

They were and are connected to the stress that I feel in my body.

So instead of continuing fighting in my mind I let the fights go and focused my myself on the stress I was feeling in my body.

It made me suffer.

But each time, with each sigh the burden of pain in my soul was getting smaller.

 

What I got from this is the following.

Clear your mind.

Instead of imagining conflicts let them make you feel bad, focus on how stressful it makes your body, consume the pain and suffering…

Each time it will make your soul a little more free.

It took me many years, buy now I am more calm and content than most people around me.

 

I will try to reflect on your question and come up with something. Maybe later, maybe tomorrow.

Mind/body/soul is the most important thing that we have.

Mastering your mind makes all the difference.

Will you find yourself? Will you be in harmony or in conflict? Will you realize your full potential? Will you be free from social control? Will you find the state of innocence, spontaneity and, dare I say, oneness?

Think about this.

What you imagine and think is your consciousness. It is largely driven and guided by your subconsciousness, but you can feel its influence in your body. It may require years to master, but you have time.

Instead of fighting in your consciousness, it makes sense to focus on the upstream - subconsciousness.

It's hard to communicate how exactly I focus my attention on the stress in my body, how I clear my mind, what I feel in my body. But it results in what can be described as sigh, deep sigh, deep breath or a yawn.

I yawn, sigh or make deep breaths very often when I focus on the stress in my body - about 20-30 times a day. Very important.

I sympathize with you so much on that injury and pain.

But judging by your kindness, clarity of thought and soul you are doing great anyway!
