What if I told you that subconscious controls our thoughts and actions through our body?
Perceive the importance of it.
This is why meditation is so important.
It can be very subtle stress in your muscles that guides your thoughts.
What you don't notice controls you.
When you become the master of your body you become the master of your life.
There are three important parts of body.
The right part is connected to imagination of real life interactions.
The left part is connected to abstract understanding of the situation (your role; artistic aspect, genre, rhythm of the situation; scenario)
The back part is very important, but it's hard to describe it right now.
Let me call Right and Left part of body = Mind
Let me call the rest = Soul
Meditation is important. It is also important to understand that there are certain rules for each part of you body/mind.
