I do think our ancestry is very important and acknowledging who we are/were is important. Its AWESOME! There is so much to learn from them and the knowledge is literally passed down through or sewn into our DNAand all eventually leads back to ONE. Amazing.

 

SO, in conclusion, Id like to shout to out all the other countries around our beautiful home planet. Even those in the shittiest of shit holes, anywhere and everywhere/// there are GOOD people EVERYWHERE!!

 

for one, I LOVE MEXCIO!! To me it is such an amazing neighbor, the diversity, the history, the PEOPLE are so FULL of HEART, beaches, ancient cities, spanish cities, the ancestors there knew whats up!! it does hurt my heart with the hatred and confusion about what this wall is..

my neck….hmmm.. it really is a journey of awareness. It feels like the most complex puzzle I will ever solve. It is a spectrum of understanding and comfort and I am at a different place with it every day…heck every moment! it has everything to do with how I hold my spine and self, my body really can be tricky cuz I will adjust one part and another part adjusts along with it…but not exactly to help…it keeps it locked…hard to explain but there is a pattern to it…..sometimes I see the pattern and can unlock one stuck place after another…sometimes the stuck places "cover" for each other and the pattern of stuck stays… if that makes any sense…I have been meaning to make some posts in the body/mind/spirit thread to elucidate more…soon!

 

I have no doubt felt your light and prayers. and the circle of light has been on my heart and mind for a couple weeks…the protection that OUR minds can wield. Imagination really is key!!!
