I had a thought about project looking glass. I know it exists because I can feel it and I think the white hats have control of it now.
In the past I believe that the cabal was in control of it. I believe this was given to them many years ago….possibly in acient times through an acient Stargate.
ONE of the reasons I think they once had it is the illuminati card game. The events and drawings on the cards prove it. I think PLG (Project Looking Glass) can't see the future in a movie or moving future kind of way. I think that they can get glimpses, pictures of major events that have a lot of energy behind them.
I also think the white hats are in control of it now. I think that we are about 3 months behind on information that Q posts till it becomes available to everyone online.
You hear Q references to future proves past and I believe that is a PLG event they have seen that will happen.
"STRANGE" theory I have but I don't think it is too far off. The theory will need everyone's refinement and participation. I know Q and (POTUS) knows this board is an integral very important aspect of what's to come ahead. I believe we will continue to see lots of more "Strange" coincidences from Q soon.
