Hashes - I thought those were automatic on this board, at least I didn't see any related options in the settings. Feel free to post any tips or info you have on that.
Namefagging - I think it's fine for now, if someone wants to do a series of posts they're free to do so and it's easier to follow if they use a name. If it becomes an issue later on, we can address it. Sound good?
