I'll have to disagree. First, by practicality, second, on principle. You can't be a werewolf (assumed), and you can't be a serial killer who murders for kicks (morally). Anyone can be corrupted, manipulated, brain-washed, negatively influenced; anyone can play devil with a silver tongue to anyone of any age. Being an adult isn't a status fucking signal like it is for most people who want to justify their terrible decisions with their loud catch-all motto "I'm an adult, I can do whatever the fuck I want to". Technically, anyone can do anything at any age (that they practically can). Morally, socially, emotionally and intellectually, everyone is so mind-fucked it's a tragedy.
