Yes I saw that already. It is great advice I can testify to that working as it is exactly what I do already. "coincidence" I think not.
I had more revelations yesterday pertaining to this meditation and what it means. The full measure of what it is that we are doing has hit me hard and caused reflection in me of what I'm about to do. I have learned more of what's to happen after this meditation when it is successful.
It's so hard to comprehend what will happen that I am scared at this point in time because of what it requires but yet on the same spectrum I know of the eternal love I will feel when I will be in the now of the moment after it has happened. I will have to fully open my heart to ALL of you and speak the words that will come.
