I also thought, why couldn't that be enough of a reason? (paraphrasing)

And just after there were several flashes and a bright streak. Far more powerful than the previous visit.

Two flashes pervceived after aiming laser at "center" of Reticuli cluster.

Followed by a much brighter, straight-pass overhead.

Very bright glowing object, seemingly about 150 feet high. (Very hard to get an accurate distance but gut says small object, not very high.

Glowing trail behind object - bright white, with green diffusion. Straight tack from East to West with my orientation South, South West.

Approximately 3:00 AM EST

Too many coinkidinks.

The points of light did not follow eye movement.

They remained fixed. When I closed my eyes I did not see the points of light.

Staring at the Sun (Sol) results in burn-in that does not go away for a time.

I am Believing.

Truly believing at a fundamental, unconscious level.

I've been thinking about the X-files clip some more. The other thing that bothered me is the "You are the only species that lies" statement. I also recall reading that sentiment in the book "Three Body Problem".

I believe that, itself, to be a lie. If the Tao is all, there is light and dark in all. Whether lies of omission, white lies, keeping a populace oblivious for their own safety, etc. I believe certain races have evolved past that mechanism, but I bet if you go back far enough, most have that ability within their experience. We also have the "dark" forces that are very good at deception.

I'd imagine, that with enough practice and exposure to other races, we'd actually be a pretty good resources in spotting deception. Or maybe I just want to think that.

Do any of you talented diggers know if we are at the center of our local "cluster" in the Milkyway?

Thanks :) It was a pretty surreal moment for me. And yet felt completely sober. Not delusional, though I have been doing the Abstaining of the Cristos oil. (Minus the high potency THC.) I have seen it stated that if you see "33" you've succeeded. I didn't check a timepiece until I came back in, but I do believe that it was 3:03 AM when my friends said hello. (internal clock + logical estimate)

Speaking for myself only, I'd image they feel the same as us. I'm actually somewhat sure some of them are afraid of us, with the caveat of "IF we don't straighten out our worst impulses."

We have a lot of potential.

I'm only somewhat paraphrasing here from one of my favorite series, but it's something along the lines of "Humans have been kicked around and taken advantage of for some time now by others more powerful than us and now we've got our mad on." Again, I don't know the reality of the situation, but if as above so below is in effect, they run the gamut of emotional states and desires as well.
