My interpretation of this divination is as follows:
We are a collective, a community of rouble rousing rebels that seeks to transmute those rebels (demagogue politicians and others) that hide, that seek to do the whole harm by the veiled and hidden evil doings.
We shall transform this agenda through the reorganization of our understanding. Seeing past the veil, we seek to help transmute minds and hEARts to learn of our true nature as a collective.
That is, ultimately, to remember JOY!
