They have a demented sense of karma, and disclose their actions subliminally prior to an event to gain consent subliminally. Now, this makes more sense, because as Humble Scribe mentioned these people do acts of charity and philanthropy to balance the evil.
Also if Q is a LARP, then it would be outing all the Cabal's dirtiest secrets which doesn't make sense.
The coincidences lead me to give some sense of twisted faith in Q not being a hoax.
