i just come here from the link in a /qresearch/ thread and have read some of the posts in this enormous thread
some of you have expressed opinions that the /qresearch/ board is "comped" and believed Q and his team is meant to be in charge of moderation there
he is not and never claimed to be… he wanted to move to a new board because the board owners of /cbts/ and /thestorm/ were exploiting their positions of power to boost their own egos with youtube streams/book deals/etc
/qresearch/ was simply chosen out of a few different new boards that were made
next, 4chan and 8chan users have always had a problem with "famefagging"
giving yourself a name and/or posting the same image every time you post (known as avatarfagging) will often put a target on your back to moderators, especially if they think you are building an alternative voice of authority on a board focused on Q drops
thirdly, moderators are always going to be criticized no matter what they do
8chan has a history of groups of shills pissing off moderators until they get banned, then using their bans to complain about the moderators in attempt to split the userbase into several different boards
this has been successful on the gamergate board, /pol/, /v/ and most other "big" boards on 8chan
/qresearch/ has effectively been splintered into about a dozen boards already
finally, /qresearch/ mods have a very difficult dichotomy to deal with
Q himself has told us to unite and i believe in the unity consciousness and spiritual aspect of this, but the users cling to the image board culture of hurling abuse and insults at each other, and dividing into opposite (extreme) groups
the mods no doubt come from a background of chan boards and tend to favor that culture, especially when they have fundamentalist christians (and/or shills) screaming the loudest that any post calling for unity is "new age luciferianism" to them
tl:dr not a mod but cut them some slack, and if you want to reduce the chances of being banned, stop namefagging/avatarfagging
