I too have been musing on this and I think yet again your 50 shades may help.

If chaos and order are two sides of the same infinite spectrum, and both exist…. but where we find our selves in the current paradigm is in a system of malevolent order, I think this lurker anon is onto something when they say: most people want a benevolent order to counter balance and while that MAY be true, I think FIRST we need benevolent chaos (praise KEK!) to tip the scales otherwise we may be doomed to repeat the system we are in now.

I say this because benevolence can be a judgement call on what is good: who will control the system of benevolence and do we really need yet another system of control?

that can be dangerous as we are seeing now.

I believe Chaos and Complexity Theories are good clues in this : Order is natural, it will find itself in us. we don't need to do much to try and organize it, but like you said to the dr: YOU do YOU

and it seems, based on these theories and observations of the way our natural systems of reality work, all will fall into place. (eventually) (soon!) (now!) (all we have is the now)
