Why has Q been successful in amassing an army of anons to dig and meme? Q did so from a position of (information) power. Q has verifiable information of world events. An explanation of why things are the way they are, and offering hope of a better world to disenfranchised souls.
Q and team are masters of deception and manipulation. I suspect in the cold and sometimes amoral world of intel, they could view the chan as a novel and brilliant weapon in the age of cyberwarfare. They appeal to spirituality, morality and patriotism to engage the chan. In this way, Q also serves as an example of a way of being post-cabal.
Not a bad thing at all, just an observation that Q has stated and unstated goals for /qresearch. While you stated your goal, the unstated part is still hidden. Perhaps you have already arrived at the station, and never derailed? The station may echo, but there are tracks that lead here and go outward. The next train will be a while.
The problem for both Q and all of us here is there is no certainty or verifiable information to be had in the spiritual, ufology, or arguably, life. We are all waiting for the next stop, but still on rails. >>1040
What shall the people do when they step off the train, post-cabal? Watch Netflix? Business as usual? I hope not.

Post-cabal, people will need that sense of belonging and certainty, more than ever. Free, a way to look spiritually inward, to find a path outwards and upwards.
Religion is the only major current pointer to the spiritual life for the population.
