To all that come to the camp. Keep Going, Keep Searching, Never Stop! Sometimes you will hit a block, something that looks impossible, or something you can't accept. Don't stop, look around look at other paths. There are many ways up the mountain, some less traveled, some well worn. If you stumble, ask for help and keep an open mind and don't worry, that path may require a stumble.

Frustration, confusion, hard work, and self-reflection are key. If you get to a point where you start to ask "what is the point", don't forget to take some time to enjoy the view. Breath, enjoy, love, and marvel at the journey!

This is not a race, this is not a competition, this is a journey for you. However, along with that journey, you will see others and those others are both there to help your journey and to be helped on their journey. Be open to helping, and being helped… loving and being loved. The journey will become so much more.
