I just made this meme recently and though it could apply to the "observer" idea
the "trinity" or all seeing eye is available to all who know both sides. Who can stand one foot in each. those that seek to control our own sovereign power stole the "eye" from us….that is why they have been eating our and obsessed with pinecones for an eon.
