So, a couple of evenings ago,
I had the thought about my interaction with the big light in the sky on the big Island and when I heard the words "Gratitude and Salutations" . I had a new thought a couple nights ago that extended that phrase to: "Gratitude and Healing. Blessings and Release."
That night I was in bed and was treated to a whole light show out the window.
It started with a BIG light that gradually moved "backwards" and got smaller. The way it was moving and the direction it went confirmed for me it was not a plane.
It was interacting with a couple other smaller (less visable) lights by what looked like sending flashes to or from the biggest light. At one point there was 3 in the form of a triangle pulsing in a pattern ish.
I was in and out of sleep and when id open my eyes again, and think "was that real?" the light would show up again, either faintly or brightly.
I was having some very beautiful thoughts and healing pulses through out my body. I sometimes feel like I hold the whole of the Earths pains in my physical body. This was helpful in remembering how to release whatever I am holding.
It was neat!
