Look for the technical explanation first. Because of the error message, it sounds like you have an Asus computer. They have this feature in the BIOS called Anti-Surge and where that message is coming from. Happens particularly with graphics intensive games. I understand you can disable Anti-Surge in the BIOS, but do some research as that setting might fry your computer. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=asus+anti+surge+keeps+shutting+down+pc&ia=web

That said, you are absolutely not alone with electronics and electrical items malfunctioning, especially when you are emotional. Galvanic response, Kirlian photography, Electroencephalography, brain-computer interfaces, polygraphs, etc… We are electric!

I have had my fair share of spooky electronics problems. Street lights go out while walking/driving under them is a big one. They even have a name for it, SLIder(Street Light Interference). Unusual phone malfunctioning, computer failures, radio interference, routers failing, etc… Especially when I am highly anxious/emotional.

I try to keep my life as low-tech as possible, less stuff to break. I realize this lifestyle is not for everyone, so surge-protectors and if your climate is dry, a humidifier will keep down static electricity. Quality shielded cables for your audio equipment.
