This thread is to act as a centralized location for digs and posts regarding both Physical (External) and Mental (Internal) Contacts with entities, beings, and individuals.

There is evidence everywhere that we are not alone in the Universe. External Contacts: Contacts that can be observed and experienced utilizing our external senses.

Internal Contacts: Contacts that we sense, feel, and connect within the esoteric senses to something/someone outside of "Self".

They very frequently avail themselves. It's actually far easier than you thought.

They often respond to flashlights with strobe mode. Using lasers is the most effective way to broadcast a signal to the cosmos you are ready.

Now think of the Cabal. Why are lasers so demonized? Why are they illegal in so many places?

It's because they don't want you to find spirituality. To find light, to find LOVE.

One must be VERY careful when using lasers though. Do not wave them around, or point them anywhere near aircraft. It is strictly forbidden. Implement safety.

If you see any conventional aircraft, I strongly advise you to turn your lasers off. You do not want to blind a pilot, nor discredit your contact experiences.

The most effective way, is perhaps to use a laser + flashlight (strobe) combo on a tripod and point it straight up. Let this be a beacon of light to show you are ready for contact. By far the most common way they respond to you, is "The Flash". They will charge up and pulse at you, to see if you can discern whether this is a typical astronomical phenomena or not. When you display your comfort, your peace and state of mind, they WILL reveal more. In time.

Internal Contact

What is a vision? What is a dream? What is Inspiration? Are these always just "in your head" or is there potential for external influence?

I believe we are far more connected than anyone understands. If we believe there are more advanced, sophisticated and ascended beings than us, then would it not be likely that simple verbal communication is not the only way they would communicate.

This type of contact is much maligned and misunderstood within the general population unless it was related to "Religion". In a religious context, people readily accept the "still small voice", communication to higher beings, and revelation about their personal day-to-day activities.

Why is it then that Spiritual Connections, Remote Viewing, Dream Interpretation, etc are sidelined?

I open this door in this thread because it aligns well with the External Contact content. This isn't just about seeing UFO's, it is much deeper. There is a spiritual connection, a bigger truth we are working to uncover here. Spirituality has a direct connection to Contact.

Many believe that if Disclosure happens it will happen through our world leaders. However, if these evolved entities were to really contact us would it not be through those most enlightened and worthy of contact? Would they wait for a government to say we can connect? We are children in relation to their intellect, is it not folly for our World Leaders to believe they can set "First Contact Protocols"?

I will kickoff with some of my own recent Internal Contact experiences. (My laser is stuck in processing :( so I am still oldschool).

In the past few weeks I have had an increasing number of outlying experiences. These are occurances that do not fit within my typical dream/meditation experiences. Nothing that concerns me in the least, just different. Something seems to be connecting in new ways and it intrigues me thus far.

A little while back Antman and I were discussing accessing memory. During my meditation session that day I asked for access to forgotten memories. I had a distinct feeling of a woman standing behind me and gently (like a wisp of a contact) place her hand on the back of my head. It was like a tingly handprint, not harsh or even firm, but like when someone almost touches your skin, but you can feel it.

After that I was able to pull memories long lost in this life. It was like a string of lights went off.

A few days after #1 I had a very vivid dream where I was in a modern vast building. I was activly looking for my backpack. I could not remember where I left it and was searching everywhere. In the backpack were my two old hard drives and my missing "powerful" laptop (I had others, that one was special for some reason).

During my search of the building, on the lowest floor near the street I came across what appeared to be a homeless man that has setup "camp". I looked at him and made eye contact (this is odd, I can not remember ever making eye contact in a dream). His eyes bored through me, they were deep… I looked away and went looking elsewhere. Ultimately I came across a backpack that looked like mine, but wasn't.

I now feel like the interaction with the homeless man was a test. I judged him incorrectly and did not engage.

While meditating and getting to the "0 point", I had a more jarring (not harsh, but less refined than #1) touch. This was like an electric shock… something out of resonance with my resonance that touched my mind and distinctly ask "Who are you?". Not intrusive and not quite like they didn’t really know who I was… I responded with no fear or trepidation, and there seemed to be a prompting of certain thoughts…. very unlike a normal meditation session.

While meditating and getting deep again I hear clear as day a woman say my name in my left ear. It was loud, clear and sudden and actually knocked me out of deep meditation. It triggered my startle response and I pulled away.

I am not entirely sure I am hitting on anything or if it is all my mind interpreting itself. I am open to the possibilities though.

Today I had an above average meditation sit. Lately I have felt "out of the pocket"…. kinda closed down. I was able to open back up quite a bit again. I'm not sure if I tie that to the Strange Shot placebo or that it is already helping…. 1 data point does not make a trend.

When is a dream a dream and when is it a message? I tend to pay closer attention to those dreams that stand out vividly. There is something trying to get through to my conscious mind.

I debated sharing this, but I feel it relevant and it keeps coming forward in my thoughts. Maybe something for another.

I was happily walking up a Hill with a friend (could never see a face). Walking is not the right word exactly, but saying "frolicking" makes me want to kick myself. We were care free and enjoying the time.

The day was clear and bright, the hill (not too steep) was covered in long flowing golden grasses that swayed in the breeze.

I stopped near a vehicle or structure on the hill. I never got a great look at it, it was to my back. My companion kept on going happily and carefree "frolicking" up the hill.

I watched him go for a short time, but then heard a noise. Something coming up from behind us quickly. It startled me and I jumped to face it. Out of the grasses came a broad and extremely muscular creature. It was also golden in color similar to a lion (but not a lion or a dog or a bear). Just tall enough to stand below the grasses. This beast was aggressive, powerful and clearly not to be messed with.

It squared off in-front of me. I felt fear at first but then my fear shifted to my companion. I knew that with the vehicle or structure behind me I was safe for whatever reason, but that meant the creature could chase after my friend who had no cover on the hill.

I could also stand and fight it and my friend may get away. I knew alone it would be an epic battle with the creature if I chose to fight, and I felt I could fight it and maybe win, but that maybe I shouldn't. If I didn't fight it, it would chase my friend.

I yelled out to him a few times to come back because I knew together it would leave us alone….

This is when my wife shook me to wake up… When I had yelled in my dream I had called out in the physical world. This is beyond rare for me. My dreams rarely break through that way.

Thank you for tossing this up here — a few things from my perspective.

Dreams have been one of my more significant "Contact" methods. I believe they tap into something deeper in us (call it subconscious, collective conscious, etc.) I have had some amazing enlightening moments, but I have also had some that I over analyze and apply too much import to. I am not saying you are doing that here, just something to keep an EYE out for as you move forward. Follow your heart and don't over think them.

Yeppers! I have not had luck yet, but that is mostly to me living in an area not conducive to shooting lasers in the sky, and the few times I have gotten out to the wilderness mother nature has not cooperated.

My understanding, and Strange can speak to this better, is that the majority of one's ability to contact is centered on having the right mindset; Removing fear, being open, etc.

A question for you then… Would your Dad being there on the initial attempts cause additional stresses on you? Fear of not making contact?

Love to hear it! The Pinecone is scattered throughout the board since it touches on so many aspects and has symbolism intertwined with much of what we discuss. I'm guessing that's why we haven't created a separate board for it. Not opposed to the idea though.

I haven't gone down the 'no meat' path before. That one can be a quite sensitive topic for some and generates some triggers. I feel that if you feel that eating meat is 'bad', then it causes you to feel 'bad' when you eat it. Because you feel 'bad', you feel disconnected. The concept reinforces itself and then ends up proving itself correct in your view.

I personally don't see much difference in eating a burger vs. a carrot. Both are alive, both keep me alive. This is the way of this place.

I believe what is critical here is that they are programmed. They have boundaries, goals, and capabilities provided by the programmer. A Bot isn't self-aware, it follows logic and specific parameters to execute the end goal.

True AI (free will, self-aware, independent, etc.) is something I don't believe we are facing yet. Just various iterations of varyingly complex Bots. Some may act intelligently, but the boundaries, flaws, goals, and limitations of that Bot/Tool are definable.

I find this fascinating and also their Achilles Heel. Any Advanced Bot/AI would require a substantial human support structure. They do not just come into being and operated flawlessly and without some "operator" or programmer interactions.

They would likely require teams of "operators" programmers, content writers, management, analysis, as well as budget, someone setting goals and strategies, etc.

Look at any company or corporation structure and you will see a pattern repeated over and over that will mirror the structure that would be required.

Think of a life of the 'Operator'. They are the front line, foot soldiers that day in and day out are sitting reading, responding, tweaking, and adjusting on these boards. After how long do you think would it take for a single one to Wake Up, look around and question what they are doing.

The best corporations/governments around do not have 100% blind loyalty. Not even close. By merely being involved in a program that is attempting to counter thought and divide, these front-line foot soldiers would have to Wake Up on occasion. Maybe a few can be dealt with, but what happens when the balance tips? If the leadership and strategy makers are making poor decisions, the cracks will form, the workers will not follow blindly.

They can disrupt boards, websites, etc. What they can not do is stop ideas. Those Operators are susceptible to those ideas. A trickle will slowly widen the cracks in the foundation.

Bots…. glad to have them here! Because ultimately that means that the people behind the Bots are here. They must read and interact for the Bots to be useful. This is not a war on a battlefield, its a War of truth and ideas. The truth will win. Awakening does not concern itself with what your "job" is. Operators will wake too…. They are losing control.

In 'Matrix: Reloaded', NEO chooses not to go to the door that saves him and 23 others and resets the cycle. He chooses the door where the architect says Trinity will die and all free humans will die. This breaks the cycle and sets new unknowable possibilities in motion.

That is irrational by AI standards.

The End of the trilogy is culminated by [Agent Smith] defeated because he can not comprehend the bigger picture, NEO sacrificing himself to save the Matrix and Humanity. A truce was formed between Humanity and the AI, and all that WANT to be freed are freed.

Al can not win, because it can not connect. It is inevitable.

AI in the context discussed must always be artificial. It is artificial due to its creation method. Some(1) must create it and must create it with a purpose. Due to that it will contain a bias, that bias will tend towards control or a very specific viewpoint, that of the creator.

All AI that I believe is in play today has not achieved self-awareness. It is a program running to a goal. That goal will tend to support the creator. If Amazon creates it, it will support a money making entity.

Could an AI be created to simply help humanity? Help how? Do all our work and remove suffering? That may sound nice, I don't believe that plays out well for people.

How about AI to help govern? Impartial 3rd party… You are already a form of a slave in a big messed up system, isn't that just another Master?

AI with a specific goal and limited control can help assist, but the more complex it becomes, and the more control it is given, there will be issues.

If AI could become Self-Aware, I don't know. Would it be a Vision? Maybe Ultron?

What better location to discuss AI than in Contact? Will we not be faced with interacting with these entities? OperatorAnon was a form of contact. Contact can extend to our more traditional 'Alien' types, but also to new forms of interactions. AI is one of them.

I'm am aware of two main types of singularity concepts. Both…eek, but dug around a bit to make sure I had my definitions right.

I started digging more into dimensions, consciousness, and the connectivity of ALL. That led me into a few videos on Remote Viewing. I have read some of Ingo Swann's work and was always intrigued by RV. I know some of the basic concepts, some of what others say it is, but never quite knew how to experience it for myself.

I followed a few links through to a short 20 min video where a guy walks you through his procedure. There seem to be many out there, I have no idea if one is better/worse, but I figured I would follow along and give it a go.

This video laid out a basic framework and, some basic concepts and then asked me to follow those and draw the scene that would be shown later in the video.

I gave it a go and was fairly surprised by the outcome. My drawing skills aren't great, but as part of the exercise, he has you write descriptive words along with the drawing of the image. My biggest issue seemed to be that my mind kept trying to interpret and imagine what i was seeing/feeling. When it did this I tried to back that 'interpreting' component off and I rushed a bit due to trying to keep my imagination out of the mix.

My results were not epic, but enough of what I wrote down had a correlation that I was truly surprised. Words described the picture revealed at the end, the picture I drew had proportions and general shapes in the right locations. There was an animal in the revealed picture, in my picture I had a 4 legged table with a tree behind it. The tree correlated to the location of the animals fluffy head. A ridge line was the location of a river I drew

I believe I was interpreting what I was seeing too much, labeling them and drawing them, but the locations and the general outline was correct.

I'm a bit fascinated and will play around a bit more to see if its a fluke, but felt it deserved a post. A single point doesn't make a pattern, but it can surely make you pay attention.

I got some Time with a clear night last week while in the 'field' to watch the night sky. No laser, no camera.

Much of what 1 would expect. Planes, some Satellites, one which was reddish in color which I had not seen before.

Some other interesting sights, nothing that confirms I see what you see or does not. I Believe, but at the same time hold open the possibility of there being other reasons for the interesting sights.

There is a pattern that is somewhat consistent but does alter a bit as it progresses.

Later it seems to adjust a bit… the same pattern, but pulse sizes vary.

I do not know on this one. My initial take was one of awe. There is the opposition in my duality that fights to explain.

So, either a repeating pulsing message that is modified slightly throughout its arc.

Or, could it be debris tumbling and the reflection pulsing and adjusting through the atmosphere? I researched a bit, and some of the old booster stages are still up there and can cause a pulse effect.

I sit for now in between, but I still thank you for the time you spend. I didn't want to post the alt theory and procrastinated for a while. But when it comes down to it, your efforts should not go in silence.

We all have those moments in life that seem to crystallize in our minds. Those moments that changed us forever, or that we know are significant, but may not know why at the time. I have many of these moments and cherish them all, but there is one that is unique and I would like to share.

I have spent a significant portion of my life with what I knew was one of those moments, but I had locked it away, deliberately and consciously locked it away. I knew there was a key, but I could not remember what or where the key was. It was if the 'thing' and all memory around it was locked inside. It sat, like an irritating grain of sand, a tiny box that floated in my mind, completely walled off. I knew the events prior, and post, and I knew whatever the box was it was vitally important, but no matter how hard I tried, I could not get into that annoying box I knew I had created.

I have almost posted this experience here several times, but the Time never seemed right. This is due to several factors, but the past few days it has surfaced Time and Time again. This will be a long post(s), no way around it. The experience has spanned decades, and I am still working through the lessons and next steps searching for something that seems slightly out of reach for me still. I am condensing extensively, but have a deep feeling that bits and pieces of this story should be here on this thread at this Time. Also, Disclaimer…I post this in this thread not because it is some ET contact moment, but because it was a contact to something beyond what I understood then or understand now. I do not attribute any of this to any deity, entity, ET, MK, etc. This 'internal' contact is the cleanest, most unaltered recount I can provide.

Once upon a Time, many many years ago I was lucky enough to live in a house with several very close friends. Close enough that I considered them deeper than family. We had created an environment that brought in new friends, and our house became a house that many people came to hang out and soon became their 2nd home. There was a special feel and vibe that I can't explain. For many of us misfit toys, it was a refuge and a place to just BE. Many magical experiences and deep bonds were created over the years we lived there.

One night, while sitting in the loft with 6 of my friends, I had this waking dream/vision/experience. Reality blended and flowed around this vision while I sat awake and alert. This moment in Time etched into me deeply and is utterly clear. Even as I type this I am unsure that I can capture the feelings right, but its worth a shot.

I had, for some time, become aware that I could feel vibes or energy off of certain people. Maybe all in my head, maybe not, but these feelings were like a flavor/feeling/texture that I could pickup at times off of other people, places and things. That night I could feel a broad warm and comforting feeling of love and acceptance. Not traditional 'I love you' love, but a deep open unconditional comfort and complete unguarded Being with each other. The vibe/feel was thick and tangible. I remember sitting and reflecting on how crazy it was to be able to almost taste/touch it. It was as if everyone had aligned to the same frequency in the room and this resonating harmony was there.

After about 20 minutes with the continual vibe there was a knock at the door and 3 new people I had never met before came in the house. These 3 women were friends of a friend that was there. As they came upstairs, the vibe retreated, but not entirely. It was if their energy was pushing against it and driving it back, but only so far, like a bubble of disharmony around them. I remember really trying to understand why they couldn't feel the unconditional love in the room. I could feel their awkwardness in the space, the slight nervousness of meeting new people and coming into an unfamiliar home. They were feeling out the situation and providing all the typical pleasantries.

I attempted to push out my vibes, push out the unconditional acceptance feeling to them, but the bubble would not budge. It was is a solid wall extended around them. This wall is what caused my waking vision/dream (not sure what to call it). As people conversed, my mind slipped into the problem of the disharmonic barrier. I was in a space and mindset of pure open acceptance and comfort, but this barrier was sitting like a shadow in the room. The 3 women were not hostile, negative, rude, etc. Quite the opposite, they seemed friendly, kind, and like good people. My 'mind' started rolling the issue and why people are like this. I soon realized that this barrier is a familiar thing to me, but that I had typically seen it only from the inside. It is something that I use all the time.

My mind continued to roll through scenarios and analysis attempting to understand why it was that these lovely ladies were closed off and didn't understand that even though they didn't know us, they were loved and welcome to drop their guard. This line of internal questions reflected back at me as I tried to understand why I kept my walls up around me in my day-to-day life. As I analyzed and fliped the problem for my perspective, then I would place myself back in their shoes to test the ideas. This looping analysis continued for some time. Looking inside to understand outside through iteration upon iteration. I had gone so oddly mental that I'm sure if someone had attempted to talk to me in that moment, I'd be lost dazed and confused. But I kept running down the hole to understand more.

It hit me hard and fast. The root cause boiled down to Trust. It was if there was a Trust firewall around them. There is a protective mechanism that I carry, and these people around me carry with them, and it is a Trust based filter that quickly assesses and defines safety, openness, acceptance, love etc. My firewall was down (utterly and completely), the close friends firewalls were down, but these strangers still had not opened up Their Trust firewall. Trust mitigates true unconditional love.

This understanding knocked me so deep into the rabbit hole at that point that I lost reality and moved into a purely 'mental' (?) state. Like a tripwire was tripped. I knew deeply that this 'key' lesson and understanding around 'unconditional love' was something I was here to learn and understand. Maybe a mission, maybe a marker, dunno and won't speculate, but the feeling was clearly there.

At that point, it felt like time and space stretched out and started to twist and turn. There was no up or down, I was looping through thought 'levels' rapidly and finally came to a stop in front of a hazy, trippy red door (best I can describe it) inside an amorphous shifting space. In my mind it was crystal clear that I had a choice to make (My red pill blue pill moment). I had learned what I needed to learn, and I could open the door and go through or choose not to. I had a distinct feeling that choosing the door meant I was leaving (whatever that meant), and that action caused some discomfort for me. I would hate to leave these friends now that we had come to this 'unconditional love' location, not because I would be sad, hurt or whatever, but I didn't want them to be sad, hurt or whatever if I left.

By coming to that realization, that I was not ready to go through the door, the door quickly receded, and several tumblers seemed to click in place. The choice was made, and the next set of bits started to fall in place.

I was to learn about Trust, from the 'other side'. Can I get to unconditional love without Trust? I had always been a very trusting person. It wasn't that trust came easy, but it almost wasn't a consideration for me. Now it was time to learn about Trust, but how does one learn that lesson when you know the answers already? If you are the architect or the maze, the writer of the test, how can you take the test or challenge yourself in the maze?

Trust needed to be lost or forgotten somehow…

I am not sure how to describe this next bit, but I started to take the vision/dream whatever I was having and bring it into a box. I could fold the space around the memory from a flat space in my mind and box it in. To learn about Trust, I would need to forget and lock away my naturally open Trust. But not just Trust, the bits and pieces that led to the realization. I pulled on the mental strings that led back to a clean break, something that could be walled off and isolated.

I could box up what I needed to learn in the next lesson, but the box would not stay shut. I needed a key…. To be clear at this point, this thought process during this phase felt utterly separate from the 'I' that I was. Like I was along for the ride watching, but participating at the same time.

There was Time spent working out the key to the box, but how to hide the key if it is outside the box? I can easily remember the key and unlock the box. Well, hide it in the box… But wait, won't that be a bit dangerous, you/I can not get back in the box if the key is in the box. This mental discussion I was watching/having continued for a Time until the right key was found to lock the box.

The key that locked away the crystalized experience and bits and pieces required to learn about Trust was 'Trust that you will know.' Trust that you/I will learn to Trust after locking away the answer of Trust along with some of the key abilities you/I had in Trust. P NP. The key locked……

Everything between the -(1)- in the second post until -(2)- in the last paragraph disappeared to my memory in an instant. No recollection, no clues, no feelings. Just an odd box in my mental space that I knew I had created, for some reason and I couldn't open the box because I didn't have the key.

Year upon year passed, the house with the friends started to separate slowly at first, but then more rapidly as Time passed, I grew a bit more distant in the relationships that were so close too.

My career was never something I hadn't cared much about before that time, but stuff started to go reasonably well. I became very adept at navigating a highly competitive landscape. Declining Trust helped me to remove some feelings and battle as I Climbed the ladder of 'success' and began following others paths instead of mine. Other paths are better right? Those people know, so trust the tried and true.

Perspective skewed, and the downward slide began. The box at times forgotten, but always to resurface. It sat and floated mockingly with no clues, no memory of what it was or why it was, but it remained a marker of a goal.

About a year ago on these boards, I unlocked the box. There is so much I still don't fully understand, but I now know that I "Trust that I will know." Trust still remains fractured and strained, but slowly, the pieces are coming back together.

Thanks to all y'all for the journey so far! You all have no idea what you all mean to me. The climb on the mountain was critical to finding the key. May ALL find what they are searching for.

Ultimately, I needed to trust the feeling that I should put it out and not worry that it was 'outside the lines.'
