At one point in the video, they describe it as frozen water off of the engines. But when he taps the window they disperse as if they were fireflies. Maybe some Masaru Emoto water phenomenon? Interesting!
I am reading through Michael Talbot's The Holographic Universe, and feel holography might be a way forward for many of the topics discussed here. I may do a book report of sorts here when finished.
