Telepathy.

Start with animals first. If you have a familial bond with a pet odds are you are already doing this but not noticing.

Listening and imagination is key.

Telepathy is key to internal and external contact.

Take a heart felt thought and project/visualize it into your pets third eye.

It will take many tries but it will work.

Once it works listen to your pets thoughts. You will be surprised what will come into your mind and heart.

I have been working with horses with this. It is mind blowing. The horses now help me heal and I help them heal.

I have now started doing this with the cosmic womb. When I look at the stars connected in heart and mind I project the light of Mother earth to all the stars. I visualize connecting all the stars with electricity between them all. Any star that I look at that doesn't respond I focus the light on it.

The experience of this is why I'm here. I want to heal the ALL in the ALL.

NO ONE GETS LEFT BEHIND.

We are not the only beings.

It will take ALL to make a change.

BE A cosmic ONE.

I used a ten dollar cat laser pointer. It worked for me.

It's mostly has to do with intent and a willingness to open your heart.

Last night I used no lasers and the contact was closer.

Look for bright flashes, you will no the difference because you will feel it.

My best advice is to LISTEN.
