If GRAVITY is in fact oceanic/liquid-like, would it not explain the different densities of LIGHT [EM Spectrum]?

Like LIGHT passing through WATER, becoming less and less dense? [Diffraction/Fractal/Holographic]…

Would that not explain why GRAVITY appears as a "weak force" until tapped properly [Zero-Point], because it is a continuum (Ocean) and cannot be properly measured while we exist within it?

How does one measure a quantity of water while underwater?
