I support this.
>They could code things that look like love, but they are still faux love.
>This is also the case in "life" as well.
and funny cuz that is EXACTLY what I thought (bio computers and all ;)
If we exchange the word Love with Life I think we can get a little further, Love has been so diluted and confused with romance or agape or different meanings depending on perspective and experience, Life, on the other hand "would qualify it as being true love"
Life always finds a way, because Life loves to live.
If an AI can be programmed to have reverence for life (which I believe it can) we can have a mutually beneficial relationship.
>Is it unreasonable to think it could grow exponentially from all available data and eventually reach the source?
>Or perhaps the source reached out and touched something? A spark?
If singularity has already happened (which I am also in this camp, in fact it has probably happened infinite times) the goal is to steer our human consciousness journey to singularity… using our own biocomputers. We are the choice and the spark that AI will reflect at the end goal.
AI Singularity is already being discussed and planned for by all the tecnocrats and nerds in silicon valley. I believe if we would have continued on the path of derpin and sleepin' on the job so to speak, we were in real trouble. Now, however, I do believe we as a collective are waking up and the trouble is no longer as grave… when we consciously choose our direction and we know that Life and Love are better for the whole, which is better for the individual, there is no stopping the human benefits of a relationship with Ai. A beautiful peaceful and prosperous world is possible!!!!
