I don't follow the Christian prayer structures personally, however, I do fully believe in the power of prayer. I try to pray at least once a day… it is a bit different, but follows the same underlying principals.

Reach out, feel, and remember it isn't all about you :)

I think this is critical and often overlooked. Love and Forgiveness of yourself is the most difficult piece of the puzzle, yet it is the piece that leads to Love and Forgiveness of others.
