Thank you for the above post Antman/Cap :) WOW it fills in many blanks.
It looks like the birth cert bonds/TDA accounts are part of the planetary human trade system.
However at this point 'going sovereign' especially as a small group is a bad idea as you would then be countryless and anyone could do crimes against you and it would not count.
This is part of the reason why HATJ was imprisoned.
Another part is because she was attempting to expose all those involved and their crimes against humanity.
She's doing good work while there though, helping her fellow prisoners document human rights abuses and such. It looks like these efforts are being thwarted at this point though, and they're attempting to make an example out of her.

She's not giving up though, and I hope more people get enough of an understanding of what she's dealing with to get behind her and fight.
It appears what she was attempting to do with the One People's Public Trust was well intentioned, but fraudulent against the beast control system. It's convoluted.
I admire her bravery and I do see the vision. Godspeed Heather!
