Getting into the details of Rhodesia is triggering to some so I'll leave that to the side,

but Rwanda was a catastrophic fuck up that even they couldn't deny and is perfectly reasonable to use as an example of how the made a bad situation into a shit storm of cosmic proportions by …being the UN.
