Not sure anon…but the book of Enoch speaks on these. Calls them 'watchers'. Possibly also the 'Nephilim'. The ones who fell to earth (fallen ones). As they died, their spirits got…disembodied somehow. Now they need human containers because they're etheric entities. This is where the demon possession idea comes from.
They interbred with human women (also spoken of in Enoch) and made hybrids.
Seems they also messed with other humans and created genetic experiments. I'm still confused on this one but it does fit with what's mentioned in that image. It might have to do with the rh- blood and the so called divine right to rule.
These ones seem to be liars. Promising things like immortality and ultimate power. Wanting to make deals with high power earth people.

There's also an opposite faction - a benevolent one. It's possible the factions aren't clearly delineated but are mixed, much like the way it is on earth.
Conclusion - may be part larp but contains some grains of truth.
