Honestly doesn't sound like you want to abstain. It sounds like you're sensing a compatible mate nearby/approaching/en sync with you.
No one wants to abstain. It's either a goal or a process they need to go through. Also, it's just a yogic hack that gives one a major boost in odic force. Naturally, however, a highly spiritualized Human can function just as highly while having regular sex. Just take a different kind of cultivation.
