Consider this:

I too thought Fulford was legit. And then a respected friend informed me that 'it was horsecrap'. Would not tell me why. I had to figure it out for myself. At first I couldn't perceive it and was so confused. Then HELLO it jumped out at me. Subtle language, certain information.
Now that I know the WDS is part of the cabal, well that clinches it.
Is he telling truth? Well, likely yes. But it is incomplete and carefully selected, and it is THEIR PLAN which they wish to bring about. THEIR VISION for our future. Which we very much do not want.
