I do my thing… All of those resemble me at times. My view is the one I work to adjust. We all have weaknesses, and we all have strengths. Both weakness and strength can flip polarity very quickly depending on how you use them.
The other factor is the observer. Do they view it as my weakness when it is my strength? Does it matter if the observer thinks it is a weakness if I do not?

I can and do often. However, priorities change as does the need to adjust focus. If I can not de-rail myself, I may have my blinders on to tight… I may not be Listening to what I need to Listen to.

I can and do often. Compassion is what makes us great. I see the best and worst in people and wish for the best in them even when they need to be where they are. The Viper deserves compassion, but the Viper needs to be understood or else it can kill over "Time". This excessive compassion can often be at the detriment to oneself. Double-Edged Sword that must find balance.

I can and do often. Darkness is unknown. To seek knowledge I stare into the darkness often. Unfortunately, at times I can lose my way in the Darkness. I have faith that I will find my way back, but caution must be used at times.
Also, staring at the light to long can blind, Balance. Remove Fear and Learn.

Every day. I forget to be in the present, but my eye to the future and the desire to get there is a great driver as well. I often must remind myself to slow down and not be too harsh on myself and others, but at the same time remain driven and supportive.
Impatience also shows you some of your flaws in expectations and allows you to close them. Expecting the best is believing you can/should be able to be there.

Yep… I question if this is my place to speak or be or if I should allow others. If Hesitant due to fear, I attempt to remove those (See Darkness above). If Hesitant due to unknown, sometimes slow and steady is best. Observe, slow roll, and act when it feels right (sometimes this is extremely difficult to gauge and windows may slip by).

I have yet to turn my back to the board, but some concepts do not resonate. I play the devil's advocate at times which can be perceived that way by others, but my back never turns. Some concepts don't resonate at this "Time" but I stay open to the possibilities. 99/1% goes both ways.
The observer may view weakness.

Quite often… One of my ego challenges. This is a constant struggle, the assessing of information coming in and discernment of the source. Judgement. This keeps me on track though sometimes and from being distracted (see above). I can stand firm at times when I feel something is right even when everyone else does not see it. Peer pressure vs convictions.

Quite often. Too many unknowns so much fractured knowledge and wisdom. Can I shape my world through the power of belief? I believe so to an extent. Should I? There is my lack.
I am Hesitant, Impatient, know I am not the wisest and derailed often but I fully believe I will figure it out in Time.

Long way to say…. Weakness is a perception only. Yours or someone else's. The key is to identify weakness and transmute it. Negative to Positive. Once that is done, it matters not what others perceive, that is their deal.

I for one would not have you go. I still believe you interesting. I still don't know your game or if this is just you.
So I still watch and keep an open mind and an open heart. When I read your posts I get a vibe of "telling" which comes across as "superior" and can be a bit off-putting. All in All. We are all equal, some with stronger attributes than others.
If your intent is positive, great. If it is self-serving…. let's chat some more over time.
This is a good point. We are all on here behind masks, sometimes a written "voice" comes across abrasive when the intent is not.

If you are referring back to the missing item/piece on the magician card question from Strange, I have been mulling that over quite a bit today.
I don't know Tarot, so this is a layman's analysis.
Wands / Batons / Clubs / Staves = Fire
Coins / Pentacles / Disks / Rings = Earth
Cups (Chalices) = Water
Swords = Air
Missing would be the 5th element. Some reference the 5th element as the Soul/Spirit (I'll add Electricity for Mordo). Others reference the 5th element as the Aether or Void.
Interesting find on the Magician. He points up with the Wand towards the Heavens and down with his other hand towards the earth. This is often viewed has the ability to bridge between heaven and earth. He also is a bit of a Wild Card (don't know how that all works), but in certain circumstances, he holds different Value/powers.
One of those circumstances is with the Fool card. In combination, they are a special circumstance wild card that Trump other Trumps. (Thank you Wikipedia)
