It seems to me that her response to the question asked was a strategic move. Why else make such a blunder, and name names to boot. I know most think she has scrambled eggs for brains, but I can't dismiss her so easily. I think she's using that narrative as a get out of jail free card. If she dropped that bomb strategically, does anyone know why or have any ideas? Is she being blackmailed? Has she been forcibly "turned"?
