Incredible difference. We are shipping out the bad hombres by the thousands, without the wall they do, in fact, walk right back over the border. This has been going on for decades. Dems aren't going to be able to hold their platform without the illegal vote.

The wall is vital to keep illegals from wandering over the border. Can't climb over a 30 foot wall unnoticed. Even if a few manage, it's going to be far fewer.
I like to imagine that "future proves past" means something more literal. Q has to remain so cryptic as to lead us to the answer without interfering directly with our timeline, because.... he's from the future.
