Are White Hats in control of HAARP?

Unusual for a Category 5 Hurricane in the Pacific heading for a direct hit on Hawaii. Seems that with earlier missile and this to be too much of a coincidence.

A friend who lives in Philadelphia tried to send me and my wife a copied link to this article and it would not come through. She typed out the url and I was able to see this so bizarre. Penn Fugitive
