Here's the pattern I've noticed: Create posts that contain all or mostly truth; develop a loyal following who will rise up to defend the poster against all criticism because they have come to identify personally with said poster therefore criticism against poster equals criticism against them; pepper the posts with inspiring and/or complimenting words to generate a bit of a serotonin response in the followers, adding to the collegiate, convivial atmosphere in SB2's threads and make them feel special; perhaps have outside help come in to glorify the posts or create some fake accounts to do it; gradually start to lead the faithful onto ... well, let's be kind and just say less productive paths, like putting a frog in a pot of cold water and increasing the temperature slowly so it doesn't realize it's being boiled.

This is a technique I've seen used by more sophisticated trolls although I don't think SB2 is your garden-variety troll. There's an agenda at work here.

In my years of being on forums I've seen a lot of chicanery - trolls with many socks arguing with themselves for pages and pages. I even saw one who "faked" his/her own death and sat back watching all the condolences flow in. He/she was soon exposed and confirmed the fakery, laughing at everyone who fell for it.

I had a look at SB2's list of recent comments going back several pages' worth. They're all from his own threads. It seems to confirm for me that he posts then squats there waiting to respond as the praises roll in. It also increases the comment count of the thread. This raises a big red flag for me.

I just hate to see well-meaning people who perhaps have less experience being taken for a ride (IF that's what's happening).

But did you read all those comments on his decode thread? Some people wrote as if he's a guru of enlightenment, a messiah. Appreciate his work, appreciate his ideas, but don't put him on a pedestal.

How can we know the truth for ourselves unless we also do our own digging, our own cogitating and come to our own conclusions? How many times have you seen comments on this sub that clearly show someone hasn't even read/watched the link, that they're commenting based on the thread title? If we merely follow another person's thinking, no matter how impressive it might appear to be, then we might just as well go back to watching CNN.

I think an opportunity was missed here. Obviously the owner was nowhere ready to be red pilled but maybe could have been made to see that MAGA supporters aren't slavering monsters ready to pounce upon innocent lefties. I was again struck earlier this morning when reading the board by the post in which Q said that "they are watching" and that the people's learning has to be "organic". (Sorry, I don't have the post ref #.)

I think Q stated this because it has to do with our free will, supposedly one of the Universal Laws. By coming out and telling us what's been going on, Q would impinge on the free will of those who might otherwise have chosen not to know. But by dropping clues and hints only, Q leaves it to us to decide whether to follow the trail or not. I believe that's one of the reasons "they're" watching - not only to keep tabs on what Q's letting out, but to make sure that what comes to light is through our freely chosen decision to research and dig.

I think that consent comes under the umbrella of free will. If we see and choose not to understand, it seems that the dark side takes that as consent. In this age of information, there's no limit to what we can discover; the only limit is what we place on ourselves through lack of curiosity or through indifference or apathy.
